Use of JobProof
JobProof helps you create local field reports with photos, notes, markup, device-captured metadata when available, and user-controlled exports. You are responsible for how you capture, store, export, share, and use your reports.
Local reports and exports
Report content is stored on your device unless you export, share, back up, move, or delete it. Keep your own backups for reports you need to retain.
When you export or share a PDF, ZIP proof pack, backup, or other file, you are responsible for choosing the recipient and protecting the file after it leaves the app.
Permissions
JobProof may request access to camera, location when allowed, photos, files, share flows, and store purchase capabilities. You can control many permissions through your device settings. Some app features may not work without the related permission.
Purchases
JobProof may offer a one-time Pro unlock. Purchases, refunds, taxes, and payment handling are managed by the App Store or Google Play according to the store you use.
Important limitation
Device-captured metadata is not legal notarization, not a legal verification service, not server time authority, and not a guarantee. GPS and timestamps reflect the device, permission state, and capture conditions at the time you use the app.
JobProof is not professional advice. You should decide whether a report is suitable for your own situation and whether you need advice from a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
- Do not use JobProof to violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, or property rights.
- Do not use JobProof to misrepresent capture conditions or the contents of a report.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or store purchase systems.
Availability and changes
JobProof is provided as-is and may change over time. Features may be updated, paused, or removed. The app may be unavailable due to device, operating system, store, or maintenance issues.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, JobProof and its developer are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost opportunities, or disputes arising from your use of reports.
