Summary
JobProof is an offline-first field reporting app. You can create local reports, capture photos, add notes and markup, include device time and GPS when available, and export PDF reports or ZIP proof packs.
In the current release, JobProof does not require an account and does not upload report content to a developer server. Report content stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Data JobProof does not collect in the current release
- Report titles, addresses, captions, notes, photos, file names, GPS coordinates, hashes, client names, or job details as developer-collected app content.
- Advertising identifiers or tracking data.
- Account profile data, because JobProof does not require an account.
- Voice or audio recordings.
Current SDK and service posture
The current release has no ads, no external trackers, no Firebase analytics, and no Firebase crash reporting SDKs. If analytics or diagnostics are added in a later release, this policy and store disclosures must be updated before that release is submitted.
Data you create and control
Reports, photos, notes, markup, generated PDFs, ZIP proof packs, and backups are created for your use. They remain on your device unless you export, share, move, back up, or delete them through your device or another app.
When you share a PDF, ZIP proof pack, backup, or other file, the receiving app, service, or person handles that copy under their own terms and privacy practices.
Permissions
- Camera: Used to capture report photos.
- Location: Used only when you allow location capture, so available GPS status and accuracy can be included in a report. JobProof does not use background location.
- Photos and files: Used for user-controlled import, export, backup, and share flows.
- In-app purchase: Used for the one-time Pro unlock handled by the App Store or Google Play.
Purchases
Store purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. The store may process payment, tax, refund, account, and purchase history information under its own policies. JobProof does not receive your payment card details from the store.
Device metadata limitation
Device-captured metadata is not legal notarization, not a legal verification service, not server time authority, and not a guarantee. GPS and timestamps reflect the device, permission state, and capture conditions at the time you use the app.

Children
JobProof is intended for field reporting and business productivity use. It is not directed to children.
