Restore Explorer Pack

Open the parent area, connect to the store, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Play account used to buy the pack. A purchase on one platform does not automatically transfer to the other platform.

Sound and movement

Check the device volume and the game's narration, music, and sound controls. Calm motion reduces decorative animations. Narration does not use a microphone.

Progress

Progress is stored on the device. Removing the app or clearing its storage can erase it. Reset learning progress from the parent area; this does not refund or cancel store ownership.

Purchases and refunds

The Explorer Pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Apple or Google handles payment and refund eligibility. Contact the store where the purchase was made for a refund request. A pending purchase opens content only after the store completes it.
