Welcome to Silver Suite. By downloading or using the app you agree to the following.

What Silver Suite is

A personal utilities app: clock, pill reminders, contacts, SOS shortcut, flashlight, magnifier, notes, and calculator. It is not medical advice and it is not an emergency service itself. The SOS button will attempt to dial your phone's local emergency number — but you are responsible for confirming the number works in your region before relying on it.

In-app purchases

• Remove Ads ($2.99) — one-time, removes the banner ad.
• Silver+ Monthly / Yearly — auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple / Google settings.
• Silver+ Lifetime ($49.99) — one-time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to bypass the paywall.
• Don't redistribute the app outside the official stores.
• Notes + contacts you add are yours. You retain full ownership.

Emergency use disclaimer

The SOS screen uses the standard tel: protocol to dial 911 (or the number you configure). If your device has no cellular service, no SIM, or is in airplane mode, the call will not go through. Silver Suite cannot guarantee emergency services will receive the call. Always have a secondary way to reach help.

Warranty disclaimer + liability

Silver Suite is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

Material changes will bump the Effective Date and surface an in-app notice.
