Include your app version, phone model, iOS or Android version, and what happened. A purchase reference may help with Deluxe issues. Never send card details or store passwords.
How do I clear a level and earn stars?
Tap to throw into an open gap and land all the required blades. Earn one star for clearing, another for avoiding misses, and another for collecting all three fruit. Optional skill missions award bonus points; they are not required to unlock the next level.
The next boss feels tricky.
Watch its cue and let a full motion cycle pass before throwing. Some bosses pause or reverse, while others change speed. Use Zen to practice without losing hearts, and replay an unlocked Adventure level whenever you like.
How do I restore Deluxe?
Open Deluxe and choose Restore purchases while connected to the internet. Use the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. An Apple purchase cannot be restored on Google Play, or vice versa. Restoration returns Deluxe access; local level progress is separate.
The purchase is pending or the store is unavailable.
If payment approval is pending, wait for the store to complete it. Do not buy again while approval is pending. Return to the app or use Restore purchases to check access. For an unavailable catalog, check your connection and store account, then select Refresh store. All free modes remain playable.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased. Follow Apple's refund instructions or Google Play's refund instructions. Refunded purchases may remove Deluxe access.
I cannot hear the game.
Open Settings, enable effects or music, raise your device's media volume, and choose Test sound. Check headphones or Bluetooth output. If the sound check is unavailable, try it again after returning to the app.
Where is my progress saved?
Scores, stars, missions, fruit and cosmetic choices are saved on your device. They do not use a cloud account. Clearing app data or uninstalling may erase progress. Restore purchases does not restore local progress.
What is included for free?
All 36 Adventure levels, the 12-stage Daily remix and endless Zen. The optional Deluxe collection adds six cosmetic palettes and six Mastery boss remixes with 18 separate stars. There are no ads or subscriptions.
How can I request data deletion?
Email nalhamzy@gmail.com with a privacy request. We may need a transaction reference to locate anonymous purchase records. Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. To erase local gameplay data, use your device's storage controls; this may permanently erase progress. See our privacy policy.
