How do I connect my WhatsApp?

Open the Planify app and enter your WhatsApp phone number. You'll receive a one-time verification code via WhatsApp. Enter the code to link your account. The same phone number connects your WhatsApp bot, mobile app, and web dashboard.

How do subscriptions work?

Planify offers a free tier with basic features and Planify Pro for unlimited access. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Planify Pro subscriptions are managed by your device's app store:

• iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Planify → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Planify → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Planify mobile app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." All your data (expenses, tasks, vault items, files) will be permanently removed. You can also request deletion by emailing support@idealintelligence.ai.

How do I export my data?

Open the Planify mobile app and go to Settings to export your account data. Your expenses, tasks, notes, and vault items will be exported in a standard format you can keep for your records.

Is Planify affiliated with WhatsApp?

No. Planify is an independent app developed by Ideal Intelligence. It uses the official WhatsApp Business API to send and receive messages. Planify does not read your private WhatsApp chats, groups, or contacts.
