Planify is a personal productivity assistant that helps you organize expenses, reminders, notes, files, and tasks. You can interact with Planify through WhatsApp, the mobile app, or the web dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Who We Are

Data We Collect

• Phone number — used as your account identifier and for WhatsApp OTP login.
• User content — messages you send to Planify, notes, tasks, expenses, receipts, files, and links you save.
• Purchase history — subscription status from Apple App Store or Google Play, managed through RevenueCat.
• Device identifiers — anonymous identifiers for crash reporting and analytics.
• Analytics data — usage patterns and feature interactions to improve the app experience.
• Crash logs — collected automatically to improve reliability.

How We Use Your Data

• Provide the service — save, organize, search, and display your content across WhatsApp, mobile, and web.
• Sync across devices — keep your data consistent across all Planify clients.
• Process subscriptions — verify and manage your Planify Pro subscription status.
• Send reminders — deliver WhatsApp reminders that you requested.
• Improve reliability — diagnose crashes and performance issues through crash and diagnostic data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not read your private WhatsApp chats, groups, or contacts.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not use any advertising SDK.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not sell your data.

Third-Party Services

• Firebase — authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat — subscription management across App Store and Google Play.
• Twilio / Meta WhatsApp Business API — message delivery between you and Planify.
• OpenAI — intent classification for organizing your messages. Your content is sent to OpenAI for processing; OpenAI does not use it for model training.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to your data is restricted to authenticated sessions linked to your phone number.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account directly in the mobile app via Settings. You can also request a full data export from the app. Upon deletion, all your content, tasks, expenses, vault items, and account information are permanently removed. You may also contact us at support@idealintelligence.ai to request deletion or export.

Children's Privacy

Planify is not designed for or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your personal data. Contact us at support@idealintelligence.ai for any privacy-related requests.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
